Ethan's Law Now Has Bipartisan Support

Fantastic News! Ethan's law/HR 748 which is nearly identical to Maine's own firearm safe storage law, and which will protect kids nationwide from unsecured, loaded firearms, now has BI-PARTISAN CO-SPONSORSHIP!

Advocates who have worked tirelessly over the past year to bring this bill to the floor of the house have just secured the support of Republican House member Chris Smith (NJ).

We need only SEVEN more supporters in the House to pass this bill.

Amazingly, Maine's own Jared Golden for Congress isn't one of them. In fact, he refuses to speak with Ethan's mom or gun safety advocates to even discuss this bill.
Call Rep. Golden today and urge him to co-sponsor Ethan's Law.
